Striping and restriping scopes
Typical requirements may include new parking layouts, restriping faded stalls, directional arrows, curb markings, fire-lane markings, loading zones, reserved spaces, and custom stencils. Each project must begin with the actual site plan and governing specifications. Ravfia does not make code-compliance determinations from a web inquiry; layouts and markings should be confirmed against the contract documents and applicable authority requirements.
Site and schedule coordination
Good field execution depends on access. We coordinate details such as property address, lot size, traffic pattern, work windows, surface condition, cleaning or preparation expectations, cure time, weather, and how vehicles will be moved. For occupied properties, phased scheduling may reduce disruption. For government work, site access and documentation requirements are reviewed before mobilization.
Qualified delivery resources
Depending on geography and scope, Ravfia may coordinate field work through qualified striping subcontractors or other approved resources. Partner selection considers equipment, material capability, scheduling, insurance, communication, and requirement-specific qualifications. Any claim involving ADA, fire code, licensing, or regulatory compliance must be verified for the project rather than assumed from general marketing language.
Requesting a striping estimate
A useful request includes the property address, approximate stall count or lot size, desired markings, existing condition, site photos or plans, preferred work window, and required completion date. Government and prime-contractor inquiries should include the statement of work and response deadline. Ravfia can then determine whether the requirement is a fit and identify the next verification steps.
